In this podcast, we will be discussing how gratitude can be utilized as a tool during times of fear and worry. Our guest today is Katie Kershner, a Health coach focused on supporting individuals during their busy season of life. This is our second conversation around Gratitude and its impact in our day today lives. Katie and I talk abou personal experiences around how having a daily Gratitude practice allowed us to show up differently in our life and utilize the tools practiced to have a different perspective of intense situations.
